I have to tell you, I hated making this website. It's not my thing. It's so effing tedious.

But, it's here.

The reason it's here is because every freelance website that's out there is GOUGING it's freelancers. On Fiverr alone I pay $700 a month for ads. If I didn't pay that, I'd never get seen. Keep in mind, I'm by far the most sought after voice over person for intros and outros and for DJ drops - plus my customer service is perfection. Five Star rating out of 10,000+ orders. I should be seen based on merit, not on how much I have to PAY. That's just one of the fees, but when it's said and done, I'm paying them $1,000 a month just to be there.

Oh, and they get 20% of my earnings, but also 20% even my tips!

Upwork takes 15% and Freelancer takes 10%. Voices and Voice123 take more plus you have to audition and compete with thousands of voice talent. You wind up auditioning all day for a gig that pays what I could make in an hour.

Fiverr provides the best traffic, by far, and I make so much money with it that I've done it for years without going out on my own. I looked at my last bill and finally said, "It's time." I'm not abandoning Fiverr, Upwork or Freelancer (and about 4 others) . . . but it makes sense to put this here so I can grow and expand - on my own.

Also, on this blog, I will be giving away free voiceovers, free sound effects, free scripts, free tips and advice. It will all be centered around ANYTHING that has to do with podcasting.

I seriously mean free. USABLE free stuff.
